Detective Chief Inspector Ryan believes he has put his turbulent history behind him. She has lain undiscovered for ten years and now it is Ryan's job to piece together her past.

But after another body appears the same way as the first, enquiry lines begin to cross and merge, leaving Ryan questioning his own haunted past.
